I had the idea for this project while thinking about the word CONNECTED, one that has been widely used in the last decade to describe the world and the people who live in it.

People use the word CONNECTED when referring to wires, electrical outlets, the internet, and digital networks. Therefore, being connected is usually seeing the world through a screen, through an internet connection.

With this piece I aim to establish a contradiction between this definition and a personal definition of what it is to be connected, because for me, the farest from the smartphone and the wi-fi, and the closer I am to the earth, the greater is my feeling of connection.
